Registration Information

The registration deadline is February 1, 2026. Please visit This Link for late registration details.

Prior to submitting the registration form, it is REQUIRED that you CAREFULLY read through our Guidelines to register successfully.

The following information will be needed to complete the Registration Form:

1. primary contact person (name and email)

2. student information (name, school, grade level, instrument, email)

3. parent/guardian information (name and email)

4. piece information (title, composer, arranger, length)

5. pdf files of music score (must own original copy)

6. interested in coaching session (yes or no)

7. A Student/Parent Authorization & Release Form + Media Release Form signed by both student and parent/guardian (upload ONE file which includes all of team member's forms)

*Note: There is a 2 participant MINIMUM per team and a 12 participant MAXIMUM per team.

The following information is optional to include in your Registration Form:

1. private music teacher information (name and email) - optional

2. school music teacher information (name and email) - optional

Late Registration Information

Late Registration is available from February 2nd, 2026 to February 15th, 2026. A fee of $10 will be charged for each team registered after the February 1, 2026 deadline. Payment may be made at bit.ly/hypedpayment. For inquiries regarding late registration, please email 808musicolympics@gmail.com.
