What you'll be asked when you register(show)
One person registers the whole team (up to 12 members). Have this information ready:
1. About you
- Your name and email (a teacher, director or parent/guardian). You'll be the team's main contact.
2. Your team
- Team name.
- School(s) or organization (optional).
3. Members (2 to 12)
- Each member's name, grade (K–12), instrument, and school.
- Whether they take private lessons on that instrument.
- Each member's parent/guardian name and email. We email them the release forms to sign online.
4. Division
- Teams with all members in grades K–8: choose the Junior or the Senior Division.
- Teams with any member in grades 9–12: Senior Division, or request the Junior Division if every 9th–12th grader on the team has played their instrument for 2 years or less.
5. Entries
- Which ensembles (groups of 2–6 players) your team is entering, and who's in each one.
- Everyone plays in 1 or 2 ensembles.
- Your music can be added later from your team link, by February 15, 2027.
6. Coaching sessions
- Whether your team is interested in up to two (2) free 60-minute coaching sessions.
Fees
- Free through February 1, 2027.
- Late registration (February 2, 2027 – February 15, 2027): $10.00 per entry.
